Casa Amistad is a three bedroom property set out on two floors. On the ground floor with access to the swimming pool and terraced area you will find an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There is a shower room with WC and basin on the ground floor and also utility area with washing machine and ironing facilities.
The caretaker visits regularly to maintain the house and gardens. You will be met on your arrival and shown around the house. The caretaker will answer any questions you have. The villa is available from 4.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. This arrangement allows for thorough cleaning in between lets.
Why choose this villa? Casa Amistad comes highly recommended, with many of our guests returning year on year. Recently we have added a full size indoor Table Tennis Table for guest use which will provide endless entertainment during the hot summer months or cold winter evenings.
Casa Amistad is ideally situated for the winter skier or those seeking a relaxing summer holiday. 		There is ample parking around this detached villa.

The house has two kitchens (one on each floor) and both are well equiped for any self catering holiday maker. The hob and ovens are electric, there is a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Each kitchen has a variety of cooking utensils and a barbeque is also provided (charcoal not included).
